Drop-off Guide

1. Repair advice (recommended): Take clear photos of the item (front & back) and the problem area, then WhatsApp us at +852 5913 6213 for an initial recommendation and quote.

2. Pack your item: Place the shoes / bag / clothing item you’d like repaired into a bag.

3. Add your details: Write your name + phone number + notes on a small card, and tie/attach the card to the item.

4. Drop off on your way: Bring it to a partner location and place it into the HKOT Drop-off Box — no appointment needed.

5. Collection & confirmation: HKOT will collect items regularly. After inspection, we’ll confirm the repair approach and/or final quote with you via WhatsApp (if needed).

6. Arrange return: Once completed, we’ll return it via your preferred method (e.g., SF Express or in-person handover).
